I hold gentle, grounded spaces for women who feel emotionally stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unable to let go.
Women carrying heartbreak, attachment, grief, anxiety, old wounds, suppressed emotions, or relationships they still feel energetically tied to.
Through Reiki, emotional and energetic healing, and intuitive support, I help women safely release what they’ve been carrying, reconnect with themselves, and create space for peace, clarity, softness, and emotional freedom again.

This is a space where you’re invited to soften. To breathe. To let go.
To release the emotions, attachments, pressure, and pain you’ve been carrying for too long.
Not to become someone new, but to reconnect with the version of yourself that existed before survival mode, heartbreak, overthinking, people pleasing, and emotional heaviness took over.
My work is rooted in the understanding that healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken.
It’s about creating a safe space for the body, heart, and nervous system to finally release what’s been suppressed, held onto, or carried alone.
Because so many women are moving through life emotionally overwhelmed while still trying to appear strong.
And sometimes healing begins the moment we stop holding everything in.
For many years, health and fitness were at the centre of my life. Discipline, structure, training, and performance shaped who I was for nearly a decade, and from the outside I looked healthy and strong, yet inside I felt a growing disconnect.
The more I focused on my body and how it looked or performed, the more I realised that true health went far beyond the physical. Becoming a mother, moving through separation, and navigating emotionally challenging seasons of life gently and sometimes painfully asked me to slow down, to stop pushing, and to begin listening.
I came to understand how much of who we become is shaped by conditioning and survival, by the versions of ourselves we adapt into in order to feel safe or accepted.
Healing, for me, became less about doing more and more about letting go, of control, of old identities, and of the pressure to hold it all together.
